About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing TikTok commerce companies at a pivotal moment. As part of the TGen team, you'll work directly with creators, brands, and technology to shape the future of live commerce across the UK, Spain, and Germany.

You'll be embedded in a collaborative, fast-moving team that values ownership, creativity, and genuine impact. No bureaucracy — just meaningful work that reaches millions of people.

What You'll Do

  • Host daily TikTok live streaming sessions (4–6 hours per day), presenting products with energy, confidence, and authenticity.
  • Engage with live audiences in real time — responding to comments, answering questions, and creating an interactive shopping experience.
  • Hit daily and weekly GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets through persuasive product demonstration and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to prepare product scripts, promotional offers, and live show rundowns.
  • Build a loyal viewer base by developing your personal on-screen brand and maintaining consistent streaming schedules.

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, charismatic on-camera presence with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaker (native or near-native level).
  • Comfortable with live, unscripted broadcasting — adaptable and quick-thinking under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule — willing to work evenings and weekends when peak audiences are online.
  • Genuine interest in social commerce, TikTok trends, and live streaming culture.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience as a TikTok live host, TV presenter, or content creator.
  • Background in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • Bilingual (Mandarin/Spanish/German a plus for multi-market streams).
  • Existing TikTok following or social media presence.
  • Knowledge of beauty, fashion, or lifestyle product categories.
